Important Logistics: Digital Athletic Game Passes
GoFan is used for digital home game admissions included with your membership or sponsorship.
· What to expect: After you sign up, you will soon receive emails from GoFan titled something like “order made” and/or “pass access.” It may take a few days, but if you don't get the email with a week, please reach out to Justin Lourenco.
· How to prepare: Download the GoFan app for the easiest experience.
· Important email detail: Your digital pass will be sent to the email address associated with your mission.foundation account. If your existing GoFan account uses a different email, create an account using your membership email first, then transfer the pass to your preferred address.
· Pass rules: Each pass grants one entry to all regular season home games hosted at MCP (at Cal Poly for Football) (excludes away games and post-season playoffs).
Note: The legacy “Activity Passes” on mission.foundation are no longer valid for admissions.
GoFan Tips/Troubleshooting: We wanted to share a few helpful tips for accessing and using your Mission Prep Athletics season pass at our sporting events. Once you have your pass set up, the process at the gate should be quick and easy. We recommend taking a moment before your first event to familiarize yourself with the steps below. Since this is a new process for us this year, we appreciate your patience as we get everyone familiar with the system. Once your pass is in your GoFan wallet, you should not need to repeat the setup process for each event.
